Head Chef needed at Historical Dude Ranch near Dubois, Wyoming ~ Summer 2024, Seasonal (May-Sept) ~ Housing included

The CM Ranch is an Historic Dude Ranch located outside of Dubois, WY in the Upper Wind River Valley. We are seeking a Head Chef to join our team for the upcoming 2024 season. The position would be for our summer season May-September. The ideal candidate would be a well groomed, outgoing, and flexible team player that excels in managing all aspects of the kitchen with an emphasis on customer service. Must be able to cook upscale American cuisine for a capacity of 50 guests and 30 employees. ServSafe license is required. Our Chef will work closely with the ranch managers on managing the food budget, weekly menu and ordering/inventory. Being able to accommodate special dietary needs such as gluten free and vegetarians is a must. The position requires management of the overall cleanliness of front of the house, back of the house, walk in cooler, and dry storage. The head chef must have excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills. The ideal candidate should enjoy working in the hospitality/tourism industry and be a people person in general.
